We work with local governments and policymakers to advocate for labor standards, inclusion in discussion, registration of groups and associations of informal workers, tax reforms, and social protections for informal workers.

Waste Pickers Research Report: A study on the livelihoods of waste pickers in Ugandan cities and the potential for organizing them into unions.

Childcare and Education
Addressing child labor and providing safe daycare solutions for children of market vendors and waste pickers.
